Retailing
We advise you freeze the pastries on the day of delivery and sell them frozen. Their shelf life is 3 days fresh, and 3 months frozen. All the buyer needs to do is reheat them in the oven and they are good to go.
Pricing
We will sell to you at a discounted price, available only to retailers. You can sell at whatever price you want in your own store but we recommend a retail price of £1.40.
