Our carrot cake is a moist and flavourful dessert made with grated carrots, sugar, flour, eggs, and spices like cinnamon and nutmeg. It is baked in a 9.1″ round cake foil.
It is typically topped with a creamy cream cheese frosting (if you don’t want frosting, please, leave a note), creating a delightful blend of sweetness and warmth with a hint of earthiness from the carrots. To consume within 2-3 days, properly wrap it and store at room temperature in a cool, dry place. Our freshly baked carrot cake can be refrigerated for up to a week or frozen for up to 2-3 months.
